1. What information do we collect?

When you register for the first time, we collect the following personal information:

  • Firm

    • Name
    • Address
    • Phone
    • E-mail
    • Firm ID in the country your firm is founded (optional)
  • Owner

    • Name
    • Email
  • Additional operators

    • Name

As a result of your usage we collect the following information:

  • Usage logs - all events you generate while using the app are recorded along with your username. These events include requesting, creating, editing and deleting resources related to your account.

Onstock is not a fiscal software. We do not cross-check the given information with your country's competent agencies.

Any other information which is result of the usage of the platform (as inventory stocks, transfers, contacts) belong to the firm account only.

Onstock does not collect any payment-related information, such as your credit card info.

2. What do we do with your information?

  • Any information related to the firm, owner and operators are is visible to the members of the firm.
  • Any information related to the usage is used for delivering a better service.
  • Owner's email is used as a main channel of communication to deliver information such as registration status, subscription updates, payments and important changes to the app, terms of usage or the privacy policy.

3. Consent

3.1 How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a registration, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

In the emails we send you, we will provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of the optional content.

3.2 How do I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

If you provide us with your information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

This document is stored as a GitHub gist. The main reason for this decision is that any changes made to this document can be tracked with GitHub's revisions.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
